PRESS RELEASE: November 21st, 2009 by American Grand Jury

STATE Kansas Court 18th District, Witchita, KS and the UNITED STATES District Court, Austin, Texas served

American Grand Jury has incorporated the Fitzpatrick criminal complaint and the Nancy Pelosi criminal conspiracy complaint within its Presentments.

On November 19th, 2009 the American Grand Jury Criminal Presentments were served upon the Clerk of the United States District Court, William G. Putnicki, Austin, Texas and the Clerk of the State Kansas Court, 18th Judicial District, Bernie Lumbreras, Witchita, Kansas.

The criminal charges of Eligibility Fraud and Treason (Barack Obama) and Conspiracy of Election Fraud (Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama) are now pending before these and numerous other Courts.

If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that both Obama and Pelosi be criminally prosecuted.

American Grand Jury is actively pursuing decisions in a number of UNITED STATES District Courts in different States: District for Columbia, Western District of New York and Middle District of Tennessee.

Dear Senators _______________ and ________________, and Congressman ________________, We the People are in shock. Our form of government is changing literally by the week, as you run the largest R.I.C.O. operation in history. You extort trillions from us for socialist redistribution and you call it a 'stimulus'. We can't travel without showing that our papers are in order. You pass a plan for a government service program that’s reminescent of Hitler's Germany. You bail out and nationalize major companies in the banking and automotive sectors. You say you're going to pay for it all with our money, like we're some galactic ATM machine. You're doing all of this against our consent, and in clear violation of our Supreme Law of the Land. Just what are you thinking? Look across America today – in over (one thousand) communities from sea to shining sea – do you know what we’re thinking? We think we've had enough and we're taking our Republic back. Some of our State legislatures are sending you the same message. We appreciate their efforts to remind you that you're violating the law (the 10th Amendment) and telling you to cease and desist. But that won't be enough; we know how legislators love pork from D.C., so WE THE PEOPLE will now begin to enforce the Constitution. We will now start exercising our duty in this government of the people, by the people, and for the People. These 2009 rallies are just a heads-up to tell you that WE THE PEOPLE intend to lawfully, peacefully shut down your criminal enterprises. At rallies across the Republic today we’re reading this demand letter to you, our members of Congress. You will soon be receiving from us, your constituents, a copy of the AmericaAgain! Declaration, a list of high crimes that Congress has been committing for generations, and the list of reform legislation that WE THE PEOPLE will draft and refine during coming years; that you will sponsor just as you do now for the lobbyists that draft your legislation. At some rallies today, we have sign-up tables for citizens to begin organizing our local Citizens’ Homeland Security Association, or CHSA. A local CHSA will offer two historic opportunities for selfgovernment: First, those of us with credentials, skills or interest in disaster response, construction, computer programming, first aid, etc will start organizing a response unit as described in Dr. Edwin Vieira’s book Constitutional Homeland Security, Volume 1. Second, those of us with credentials or skills in constitutional law, currency, banking, monetary policy, private property law, etc will organize our CHSA Legal & Legislative Committee, like our original, colonial-era Committee of Safety. The modern analogy is a Homeowner’s Association. The HOA enforces subdivision covenants & restrictions; for instance, makes a resident re-paint his pink garage or be fined $1,000 to have it done. The CHSA enforces our Constitution's covenants & restrictions. We have you either stop committing trillion-dollar crimes, or WE THE PEOPLE get our State Court to put you in orange State Penitentiary overalls and leg shackles, and seize your assets as we do with all major crime figure. Yes; we’ve had enough! No more chickens petitioning foxes. As your employers, WE THE PEOPLE are through with writing letters to employees, hoping you'll read them instead of throwing them in the trash as you walk down your marble hall for lunch or to the spa with cronies. And speaking of the spa...and your free health insurance...and your incredible pension after just months in office...and your chartered jets and limousines... since WE THE PEOPLE are facing tough financial times thanks to you, and since you’re destroying our form of government and bankrupting our children: we're cutting off your opulent 'public servant' allowances, thank you very much. We invite politicians and political parties to support the AmericaAgain! project, but you can’t join us in it. We won’t let partisans turn our self-government project into your political soapbox. Pass the following message on to those who bought you: we have taken the red pill, and gone down the rabbit hole. We now know that this constitutional crisis didn't begin with Obama, Pelosi, Reed, and Barney Frank. It didn't begin with George W. Bush or even back in 1913. Our lawless Leviathan was hatched 52 years earlier, behind the tactical diversion of abolishing slavery. The North didn’t win a Civil War; America's domestic enemies won The War to Enslave the States. We the People – all of us sovereign States – were divided and conquered. Then since the end of that war, two major political parties have kept WE THE PEOPLE in a perennial pep-rally to build their political careers and swindle us out of self-government. Our domestic enemy has been tactically shrewd, but we’re not stuck on stupid. They’re busted now, and so are you. Some say that we don't need legal action to enforce the Supreme Law of the Land; that we can just elect reformers to Congress. Baloney; we tried that for a generation and it doesn't work. Voting won't change anything now; both parties are owned by the money powers and arrayed against us. Even impeaching some of you won't end the corruption or punish crime. Yes, we’ll start electing statesmen regardless of party, but we’ll also start enforcing the 9th and 10th Amendments – something WE THE PEOPLE have never done before, not in 220 years. We have a great deal of reform legislation to draft and that you will sponsor. It will include: - Enact a Monetary Reform Act to repeal the Federal Reserve Act - Outlaw the immoral practice of fractional-reserve banking - De-fund every federal power not enumerated in the Constitution or clearly tied thereto - De-fund any tracing, tracking, or eavesdropping on law-abiding citizens - Enact a Balanced Budget Amendment - Direct IRS to stop fraudulently applying law - Declare English as the official language of the United States - Take immediate action to secure our borders and outlaw illegal alien "anchor baby" citizenship - Enact a congressional Term Limits Amendment - Immediately and retroactively de-fund all Congressional pensions and perks - Outlaw federal restrictions on law-abiding ownership and use of firearms - Begin enforcing the War Powers Resolution of 1973 - De-fund all federal activity that infringes on 4th & 6th Amendment rights - End federal restrictions on our own private land, water, and minerals...and finally... - Repeal the 16th and 17th Amendments We’ve never practiced self-government before, as our founders intended us to do; but we'll get it right with practice. We'll end your corruption, and we'll do it peacefully, lawfully, and without civil disobedience. All we need is that glorious piece of paper, our U.S. Constitution. Today we want to thank all corrupt politicians, bureaucrats, and industry fat cats for making Atlas shrug after five generations of federal corruption. Letter To Congress For The Removal Of Napolitano

Honorable Senator _______:

Not only is Janet Napolitano perpetrating egregious lies about honest law-abiding U.S. born legal citizens of these United States but she is intentionally engendering fear among the populace for an over reaching and out of control administration. She must therefore be immediately and forever removed from holding any position of power within the United States government.

According to foundations set up by persons far more honorable than the majority of our elected officials, it is the government that is to fear the people in a Constitutionally Limited Republic such as America. It is only in totalitarian regimes where the people fear the government, and it is to the peoples' great misery and subjugation when this is allowed to occur.

We the People of the United States of America have a constitutional duty to protect, defend and preserve the United States Constitution against tyranny. With the unconstitutional executive orders, the unread bills, the theft of assets that are non-existent in many lifetimes, and a totally inept, inexperienced, unAmerican usurper in our White House kowtowing to dangerous foreign entities, bowing before the murderous king of saudi arabia, palling around with the likes of hugo chavez and fidel castro, we have more than enough grievances against this government to justify our anger, resentment and commitment to take our country back.

We wish for a peaceful return to our constitutional principles. We are, as I said, law-abiding, tax paying, God fearing lovers of our lives, our families and our country. We look to you as an elected official to right the many wrongs occurring in rapid fire succession in this country.

Please uphold your sworn duty to protect, defend and preserve the United States Constitution as we have elected you to do so. Please don't fail us now. Our children will depend upon us to preserve their freedom and their assets if you won't do it for us.

Rules For Radicals

Saul Alinsky's "Rules For Radicals" explained

Union organizers are often highly trained. In many unions this training includes indoctrination in Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals."

Saul Alinsky was a ruthless radical organizer. He would stop at nothing to win. Before he passed away in 1972 he published a book called "Rules for Radicals" in which he outlined his power tactics and questionable ethics.

Anyone interested in staying, or becoming, Union Free, whether in an organizing campaign or in a decertification or deauthorization election, ought to become familiar with these rules.

This can be very valuable information. As one expert observer points out "Rules for Radicals are reversible and can be used against the Left."

Here's a brief summary of the rules. We are indebted to the Public Service Research Foundation for this information.

Rules for Power Tactics:

1. Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.
2. Never go outside the experience of your people.
3. Whenever possible, go outside of the experience of the enemy.
4. Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules.
5. Ridicule is man's most potent weapon.
6. A good tactic is one that your people enjoy.
7. A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.
8. Keep the pressure on with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.
9. The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.
10. The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.
11. If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside.
12. The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.
13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

Because Alinsky was sensitive to criticism that he wasn't ethical, he also included a set of rules for the ethics of power tactics. You can see from these why his ethics were so frequently questioned.

Rules to test whether power tactics are ethical:

1. One's concern with the ethics of means and ends varies inversely with one's personal interest in the issue.
2. The judgment of the ethics of means is dependent upon the political position of those sitting in judgment.
3. In war the end justifies almost any means.
4. Judgment must be made in the context of the times in which the action occurred and not from any other chronological vantage point.
5. Concern with ethics increases with the number of means available and vice versa.
6. The less important the end to be desired, the more one can afford to engage in ethical evaluations of means.
7. Generally, success or failure is a mighty determinant of ethics.
8. The morality of means depends upon whether the means is being employed at a time of imminent defeat or imminent victory.
9. Any effective means is automatically judged by the opposition to be unethical.
10. You do what you can with what you have and clothe it in moral garments.
11. Goals must be phrased in general terms like "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity," "Of the Common Welfare," "Pursuit of Happiness," or "Bread and Peace."

These are just the highlights. There's obviously a lot more to it. Alinsky's book is still available in most college bookstores and on Amazon and is worth reading
